At TGB Spa we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours' notice will be honored with no charge. However, if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, 100% of the payment will be required. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain the high quality of service you expect from our luxury spa. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to welcoming you to TGB Spa.
We do not offer nail appointments for clients under 16, unless otherwise stated.
