TGB SPA’S CANCELLATION POLICY
At TGB Spa we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours' notice will be honoured with no charge. However, if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, 100% of the payment will be required. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain the high quality of service you expect from our luxury spa. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to welcoming you to TGB Spa.

Minimum Age Requirement: All services and treatments at TGB Spa are reserved for clients aged 16 and over (unless otherwise stated).

GIFT VOUCHERS
Purchase Options: Gift vouchers can be purchased for a specific monetary amount or for a specific treatment. If a voucher is purchased for a specific treatment, the recipient may redeem it against other treatments of their choosing up to the same value.
Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed. Extensions may be offered at the discretion of TGB Spa and may incur an additional fee.
Redemption: Appointments using gift vouchers must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. If the chosen treatment costs less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the expiry date. No cash refunds will be given for unused balances. Products can be purchased using the monetary value of the gift voucher.
Restrictions: Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or combined with other discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated. Vouchers are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Vouchers: TGB Spa will not be held responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers. Replacements will not be issued.
Fraud Prevention: Vouchers are void if altered, copied, or obtained fraudulently.
Cancellation Policy: If an appointment booked using a gift voucher is canceled without the required notice period, the voucher may be forfeited at TGB Spa’s discretion.
Format: These terms apply to both physical and digital gift vouchers.

LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. About the TGB Spa Loyalty Scheme
The TGB Spa Loyalty Scheme rewards customers for visits, bookings, purchases, and selected online activity. Members earn points which are automatically added to their account and can be redeemed as monetary value against eligible treatments, products, and experiences at TGB Spa. Membership is free and available to customers who sign up via the TGB Spa app or online.
2. Points Value
Points have a cash redemption value as follows: 1 point = £0.20, 5 points = £1.00
Points can be redeemed once a minimum balance of 25 points (£5 value) has been reached. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Earning Points
Members can earn points in the following ways:
First visit: 50 points
Purchase a service: 1 point per £1 spent
Rebook a service: 1 point per £1 spent
Purchase a retail product: 1 point per £1 spent
Purchase a series or custom package: 2 points per £1 spent
Purchase a gift card: 2 points per £1 spent
Points are calculated based on the final transaction value after any discounts have been applied. Members can also earn points through the following online actions:
Online sign‑up: 50 points
Online appointment booking: 5 points
Points are awarded once the qualifying action has been completed.
4. Redeeming Your Rewards
Loyalty points can be redeemed as monetary value against the following at TGB Spa:
Spa treatments and services, Retail products, Day packages, Series and custom packages
Points can only be redeemed in accordance with the minimum redemption threshold and must be used at the time of payment. Points cannot be applied retrospectively to completed transactions.
5. Points Expiry
Loyalty points are valid for 730 days (2 years) from the date they are earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
6. General Terms
Points are non‑transferable and can only be used by the registered account holder. The loyalty scheme may not be used in conjunction with certain promotions, unless otherwise stated. TGB Spa reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the loyalty scheme or these terms at any time. Misuse of the loyalty scheme may result in points being removed or membership being suspended.
7. Managing Your Account
Points balance, rewards, and redemption options can be viewed via the TGB Spa app. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure account details are kept up to date.
Easter Hair Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of TGB Spa, The GelBottle Inc., their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this giveaway are excluded.
No purchase necessary.
2. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:

Like the giveaway post
Comment on the post tagging at least one friend (each comment counts as one entry)
Bonus entries may be offered if you choose to include Stories sharing (clearly state if optional)
3. Competition Period
The giveaway opens on 6am 03.04.26

Entries received after this time will not be counted.
4. Prize
One winner will receive:
A complimentary hair consultation at TGB Spa
A £200 voucher to spend at the TGB Hair Studio
A pair of GHD straighteners
Prize Conditions:
The hair consultation must be redeemed in person at TGB Spa.
The £200 voucher is valid for hair services only and must be used in a single visit.
The prize is non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
Travel costs to and from TGB Spa are not included.
5. Winner Selection & Announcement
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of the giveaway closing.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, TGB Spa reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Use of Entries
By entering, participants agree that TGB Spa may announce the winner’s Instagram handle and may request content or images following the prize experience for marketing purposes (with consent).
7. Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility.
8. General
