TGB Spa General Terms & Conditions

TGB SPA’S CANCELLATION POLICY

At TGB Spa we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours' notice will be honoured with no charge. However, if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, 100% of the payment will be required. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain the high quality of service you expect from our luxury spa. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. GIFT VOUCHERS

Purchase Options: Gift vouchers can be purchased for a specific monetary amount or for a specific treatment. If a voucher is purchased for a specific treatment, the recipient may redeem it against other treatments of their choosing up to the same value.

Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 20 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed. Extensions may be offered at the discretion of TGB Spa and may incur an additional fee.

Redemption:. Appointments using gift vouchers must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. If the chosen treatment costs less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the expiry date. No cash refunds will be given for unused balances. Products can be purchased using the monetary value of the gift voucher.

Restrictions: Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or combined with other discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated. Vouchers are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Vouchers: TGB Spa will not be held responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers. Replacements will not be issued.

Fraud Prevention: Vouchers are void if altered, copied, or obtained fraudulently.

Cancellation Policy: If an appointment booked using a gift voucher is canceled without the required notice period, the voucher may be forfeited at TGB Spa’s discretion.

Format: These terms apply to both physical and digital gift vouchers.

FOR UNDER 16'S

TGB Spa does not offer nail appointments for clients under 16, unless otherwise stated.

20% OFF HYDRAFACIAL®

Eligibility: Offer is available to clients aged 18 and over. Treatments cannot be performed on individuals with active sunburn, cold sores, fever blisters, severe inflammatory acne, open wounds, or lesions. The treatment is also unsuitable for clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or undergoing cancer treatment. Additional contraindications may apply. If you have any concerns, please contact our reception team prior to booking to discuss your suitability.
